TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
PRICES are current at the time of printing, we reserve the right to reserve, amend or revise PRICES without notice.
PAYMENT can be made by Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB, cheque (goods to be dispatched once cheque has cleared), Postal Order, Purchase Orders (from Government bodies only) & cash upon collection.
GOODS are dispatched within 2 working days upon clearance of payment.
ORDERS can be placed either by TELEPHONE or INTERNET
All GOODS remain the property of Clockparts-UK until payment is made in full.
DISPATCH is made within 2 working days from receipt of order & cleared payment.
DAMAGED GOODS Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a damaged parcel, please inform us without delay.
Any SHORTAGES/DAMAGES must be reported within 5 WORKING DAYS.
POSTAL COSTS:
Orders upto £20.00 - £3.95 p&p
£20.01 to £40.00 - £4.95 p&p
£40.01 to £500.00 - £5.95 p&p
£500.01 upwards - £7.95 p&p
All prices are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
RETURNS
Non faulty items may be returned to us providing the following criteria is met:
We are contacted via email/mail/fax within 7 days of receipt of the goods giving us notice of your intent to return them – You will then be issued with a Goods Return No.
Goods must be returned within 7 days.
The original receipt which you received with your order must be enclosed with the product being returned.
Goods must unused, with it's original packaging, undamaged, all parts intact and in a saleable condition.
The buyer is liable for the return p&p of the goods.
The goods must be sent securely as you, the customer, are liable for their safe return.
FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items can be returned for exchange or refund. Please ensure that the goods are returned with it's original packaging along with your sales receipt in order that we can deal with the exchange/refund promptly.
Upon receipt of the goods, once having been examined by ourselves, and deemed faulty, not damaged or misused by the buyer a refund or exchange will be issued.
